WHO ARE WE?
Clank is a small two-headed company founded by Andrea and Emanuele.
It’s based in Prato, a city near Florence, Italy, where the Tuscan hills blend with the noise of weaving machines and the aromas of Chinese cousine.
Clank is the physiological consequence of the 10-year experience matured with Hope Custom Lab, a brand involved in the production of the finest guitar & bass cabs, electric guitars and basses, stompbox pedals and valve amplifiers.
This new dimension allows us to express ourselves in many new ways.
We are inspired by Don Buchla’s and Serge’s works and we’re fascinated by the huge possibilities that Eurorack can bring to music.
In the end, it’s all about noise.
HOW TO BUY?

All our products can be purchased directly from our website.
Available items are usually shipped the next day from order.
In case of pre-order refer to the modules page to know the estimated shipping date.
We use DHL which usually takes 1-2 days to reach EU, 2-3 days for the rest of the world. (take it as a reference)
At the moment of the shipping you will receive an email with the tracking number.
You can easily check the shipping costs by adding an item to the cart, go trough the checkout and fill your address data.

Warranty Policy
Clank offers a two-year period of warranty on each product.
During this period all defective or malfunctioning devices will be repaired or even substituted with a new unit.
We will manage a pickup with our courier for the return shipping.
This service will be applied unless an external damage is proven to have happened.
Only Clank is allowed to repair its own products. Any external attempts of repair/ modding will void the warranty. In case of out of warranty damages, devices can also be sent for servicing.
In this case shipping costs and the eventual repair costs must be covered by the owner.
